DESCRIPTION:Join the John Howard Society of Brandon on November 16th as we cross the line together and make a lasting impact on our community. \n\nTransitional housing is more than just a place to stay\; it's a transformative stepping stone towards a brighter future. With your support\, we can provide individuals with complex housing challenges such as transitioning out of incarceration the stable housing they need for successful reintegration. We have received support from the Federal government ($5 million)\, the Provincial government ($4 million)\, and the City of Brandon\, which has generously contributed land and a property tax grant. Now\, we need your help to raise the final $1 million needed to build the 24-unit facility.\n\nWhat to Expect:\n\n\n Feature Comedy Roast: Join us for a hilarious feature comedy roast of Mayor Jeff Fawcett. It's all in good fun\, and Mayor Fawcett is a great sport\, helping us raise funds with a smile!\n Progressive 50/50 Draws: Don't miss the chance to participate in our progressive 50/50 draws with three exciting opportunities to win: October 1st\, November 1st\, and the Grand Jackpot Draw on November 16th at the event!
