In 2008 her dream of owning her own shop became a reality with the purchase of the shop she had managed for the previous 5 years. Initially part of a franchise\, Trish & Shaun took it in a new direction when they changed the name and went completely independent\, transforming to their vision of what a flower shop could be. Since then Trish has attained the CFD and AIFD designations by furthering her education\, the only person in Western Manitoba to do so while also raising 3 children.\n\n12 years after purchasing the business and rebranding\, The BloomBox is known throughout Westman as the place to go for fresh\, unique\, flowers\, which just happens to be their tag line.
