DESCRIPTION:The YWCA Brandon is hosting our 7th annual WALK A MILE IN HER SHOES  event which raises funds for essential programs and services that help break the cycle of family violence and homelessness in our community\n\n\n\nThis Year we are asking Women and Men to participate in the walk. we are asking 200 walkers to raise $250 each to reach our goal of $50\,000. This money will go towards the childrens Programs at the YWCA Westman Women's Shelter.\n\nThe 2017 WALK A MILE IN HER SHOES  will be taking place on Thursday\, June 1st at 11:30 a.m. in the parking lot of the Brandon Police Service building at 1020 Victoria Ave. The rain location will be in the Town Center at 800 Rosser Ave. Lunch will be provided to all registered walkers at no cost and will be available to supporters for a small fee.
