Move over Gordon Ramsay, there's a new chef in town!
Put your kitchen skills to the test as James Chambers, of Chez Angela, takes us through a journey of constructing our very own appetizer and dessert! The dishes were planned out by Chef Angie, Sous Chef Sophie, and team members Sarah and Casey. They did such a good job of setting the table for success that even James can do it, and is excited to walk everyone through to learn together!
Boxes can be picked up on December 16th & 17th at Chez Angela and then fun will start on December 17th at 6:00pm via Zoom.
What's on the Menu?
Appetizer: Cranberry Orange Brie Bake with Toasted Walnuts
Dessert: Ganache-Topped Cream Puffs with Chocolate Whipped Cream
You will need the following to make your delicious masterpieces:
- Measuring cup
- Cookie sheet
- Muffin tin
- Small serrated knife
- Salt and pepper
- Water
Optionally, the following may help to elevate your creation:
- Food rasp (for getting rind off of the provided orange)
- Maldon salt or fancy salts
- Fresh greens
- Port or sweet red wine

$50.00 per box.
A box will feed two people as is, four people with your own meal served between the appetizer and dessert!
