Delight in a tantalizing eight-course menu prepared by our Culinary Arts students that includes perfect wine pairings chosen by students in our Hotel & Restaurant Management program. All against the stunning backdrop of our heritage Manitoba Institute of Culinary Arts building. Complimentary in-town car service provided by our Police Studies students delivers guests to and from the event.

Our students work together to make this evening an extraordinary event, and your support directly impacts them. All funds raised at the Legacy Gala Dinner is in support of Assiniboine students – this year, the dinner will support the college’s Early Childhood Education (ECE) program students. Our graduates play a vital role in optimal early childhood development. Supporting our ECE students with scholarships in turn supports high quality, licensed child care leading to multiple benefits throughout the community.
