Format

The virtual conference will utilize our event platform of choice, PheedLoop. No downloads are required to access the platform. Please ensure you review our FAQ to ensure your operating system meets all requirements. 

The virtual event platform provides many opportunities that simulate a live event to maximize the experience for attendees, sponsors & speakers. Here are some things you can expect:

• Interaction with speakers - speakers will use a variety of methods to interact with attendees including Q&A sessions and polling
• Each attendee has their own profile that can be customized. You can also choose to not be visible to others if you choose.
• Networking with colleagues - engage with other attendees, one-on-one or in groups, through chat or video.
• Interact with sponsors - many of our event sponsors will have interactive booths set up that will allow you to learn about their companies, chat with their representatives (through chat or video calls), enter draws/contests!
