The evening features an exclusive dining experience hosted by our talented Culinary Arts, Baking Foundations and Hospitality students. Guests are treated to a gourmet multi-course menu with wine pairings at each course.  Complimentary in-town car service is provided by our polished Public Safety Studies program students.

This year, the evening is dedicated to creating student awards for the new industry leading Mechatronics  Engineering Technology (Robotics and Automation) certification being offered in the fall. Assiniboine’s Mechatronics program will equip students with cutting-edge skills in an interdisciplinary field that combines mechanical engineering, electronics, computing, and automation.
