Full Time Service Advisor

Canadian Tire is looking for  a Full Time Service Advisor. Duties Include: Answering incoming calls, redirect as needed. Pricing and Avaliablity of parts, creating invoices for over the counter parts sales, scheduling Service Appointments, explaining vehicle repairs to customers as well as creating work orders and handing out jobs  to technicians. Some work on the retail floor may be required : serving customers, stocking shelves, facing, other duties as assigned. Automotive knowledge is strongly preferred.
