Lighthouse Wellness Centre - for the hard days, the heavy ones, and everything in between - we're here. We offer a full range of mental health services for individuals, couples, and families, with support available from as young as age 3. Our team draws from a broad range of evidence-based, traditional, and alternative modalities, tailoring every approach to the person in front of them. Whether you're navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, childhood development, or something harder to name, we have a path forward together. Services include counselling, mediation, therapeutic play, and more - available in-person, virtually, or by phone, and delivered with genuine compassion at every step. Coverage options including FNIHB and select private insurance help make care more accessible for those we serve.
