Building Relationships with Michelle Budiwski
All interactions between businesses and people rely on relationships, in order to cultivate positive long lasting relationships we need to concentrate on building trust. If people cannot trust what we say and what we do there is no marketing or human resource strategy that will overcome it.
Join ACC instructor and serial entrepreneur, Michelle Budiwski on discovering how do we build trust by starting with our organization and ourselves to understand our purpose, our why.
Why are we in business? Why do we do what we do? And then ask the tough question... is what I say and what I do personally and professionally reflective of that purpose? Am I communicating it to my people - my employees and my customers so that they know not just what we do but why we do it?
