Rob Starkell is an accomplished entrepreneur and HR consultant with extensive experience in business operations, workforce development, and process improvement. He holds a B.Comm in Finance from the University of Manitoba and began his career with Kraft Foods in Switzerland before moving into global system deployments and Lean Six Sigma project leadership with Pfizer. In 2013, Rob founded CloudWest Computing & Consulting, offering customized solutions in automation and operational efficiency. He has served as Executive Director of Westman Lions Manor since 2014 and became Co-Owner of West-Can Human Resource Solutions in 2017, where he focuses on strategic HR, recruitment, and organizational consulting. Rob is also active in the community, serving as a Board Director for the Brandon Chamber of Commerce (since 2023), a Board Member of the Construction Association of Rural Manitoba (since 2022), and Vice-Chair of the Brandon Career Symposium (since 2023).
