What’s the Opportunity? 
 
In this role, you will design, review and oversee departmental reports and metrics, integrating data from multiple sources into visually appealing explanations, illustrations and dashboards. Through strong cross departmental relationships, you will gather and analyze source data to guide datadriven decision making across the organization.
 
What you’ll get to do:  
 

  • Create, develop, audit and monitor reports, metrics indicators and processes (such as dashboards, key performance indicators) for all departments at Stride 
  • Research and consolidate information from a variety of sources to prepare and construct reports that translate current, relevant research and data with a variety of tools (such as narrative explanations, data illustrations, visual maps, mind maps, and information graphics) 
  • Work with large data sets to extract information to be applied to member experience, operations, business process transformation and/or organizational change projects or initiatives using Stride’s data governance framework  
  • Analyze large, complex data sets from a variety of data sources to help identify internal and market trends, national comparisons, and patterns 
  • Build cross departmental relationships, lead requirement gathering sessions, analyze source data and systems, and provide feedback on detailed data analysis to guide data-driven decision making  
  • Become a subject matter expert on Stride data and share knowledge with other teams to refine business understanding and identify areas of needed business improvement.  
  • Plan and execute business intelligence/analytics projects by collaborating with internal departments and external third parties as required 
  • Maintain Stride’s ticketing systems, dashboards, SharePoint sites and PowerApps  
  • Provide training and ongoing support to business users on business intelligence products 
 
 
Who are we looking for?
  • You have a degree or diploma in Business Analysis, or a related field, plus 2-3-years of jobrelated experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • You have strong MS Suite experience especially MS Excel and PowerPoint 
  • You have knowledge of Power tools (PowerBI, Power Automate, PowerApps) and SharePoint  You have knowledge of survey platforms and conducting market research   
  • You have experience with research, data modelling, analysis and reporting and working with Statistical programs
