Duties and Responsibilities:
The Marketing and Outreach Clerk is responsible for executing Campus Manitoba's annual marketing plan, coordinating campaigns, and conducting outreach to increase visibility and build partnerships. The role includes managing digital content and maintaining brand integrity over various platforms and provides expertise in content related to open educational resources, online learning, career planning, and digital accessibility. The Marketing and Outreach Clerk prepares reports, analyzes data, and contributes to the annual report. Additionally, the position involves managing special projects, meeting timelines, and developing and managing partnerships with student unions, high schools, post-secondary institutions, and other key stakeholders.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
The successful candidate must possess a 2- or 3-year post-secondary diploma, with preference given to those holding a Marketing or Communications diploma plus one (1) year of related Marketing experience is required. A comparable combination of education and experience may be considered.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, with exceptional communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks. They should demonstrate proficiency in website design, social media, and marketing, and have a strong ability to manage interruptions while collaborating effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. A proven team player, the candidate must be highly motivated, adaptable, and capable of working with minimal supervision. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, along with excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.

This is a full-time term position to April 30, 2026. Skill based testing may be required. This position is subject to a Child Abuse Registry Check and Criminal Record Check.
