Administrative Assistant

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

This is a full-time position with working hours of Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm (35 hours per week). A comprehensive employee benefit package, 3 weeks’ vacation to start, and RRSP matching program is provided.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Provide front-line administrative and customer service support
  • Manage client records and documentation
  • Support tax season and year-end engagements
  • Handle financial and office administration
  • Collaborate across teams and programs

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • Preference given to individuals with Business administration certificate, diploma or degree.
  • Minimum of 1 year of office administrative experience is required
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office programs.
  • Must be organized, with high attention to detail and can multitask amid frequent interruptions.
  • Friendly individual required and ability to create a welcoming environment for clients.
  • A strong work ethic with particular attention to prioritization of projects in order to meet deadlines and critical thinking.
  • Must be able to work overtime hours during tax season as needed.
