The AG Sales Representative at T.I.C. Parts & Service cultivates relationships and sells Farm Equipment and accessories, ensuring customer confidence and maximum profits for the organization. The Ag Sales Rep is the main contact for customers regarding information on equipment, providing demos & quotes, and financing plans. This position builds lasting relationships with customers and always ensures customer satisfaction.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Greet sales customers in person and answer the main sales phone line providing friendly and confident sales assistance.
• Complete all sales quotes and documentation required following sales processes.
• Schedule and coordinate an organized sales schedule, with efficiency on locations and travel schedules.
• Keep up to date with new products, equipment, finance plans, and pricing adjustments.
• Evaluate used equipment for trading purposes providing fair and accurate pricing.
• Cold-calling new potential customers, along with current customers to develop new sales relationships and sell products and services.
• Complete sales follow-ups along with purchase check-ins.
• Always provide a consistent and high level of customer service.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• Must have an agricultural background and be familiar with ag equipment.
• Previous sales experience within the industry in equipment, accessories or parts is required.
• Must be competent at assessing used equipment and quoting.
• Must have exceptional customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively.
• Must have a valid Class 5 Drivers License, Class 3 with Air Drivers License is an asset.
• Possess basic computer skills and high attention to detail.
